4. Delivery
- We deliver to all states in Nigeria.
- Free delivery applies to orders over ₦50,000.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
- Vicky Baby Shop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Items returned due to change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded in full.

- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
